Love that funnel! Did you ever get a free brownie Mohammed? I think the localization tools are much more advanced in the US than here in the UK.

The rising of social technology is everywhere but agree that US is more aware to that than anywhere. I think there is no excuse to not integrate the SM tools in customer service.

I really like your ideas. Having a computer with direct internet connection is just a great idea. In addition the 5% of discount if they follow on twitter that is far more amazing. However, not every one is aware about twitter. I just found out about twitter recently when I joined to the blogger community.
