Like many, I believe this to be a combination of tools which showcase the career seeker's personal brand. A hybrid approach (including Facebook) makes it simple for an employer to observe the candidate's personality, interpersonal interactions, professional background, presentation of skills, abilities in the area of leadership and communication and career passion. In this way, the employer 'gets a feel for the person' ie "Are they a good fit?" which is essentially, today's first step in the interview process. In my opinion, a strong accomplishment-based resume in addition to participation on LinkedIn, micro-blogging on Twitter, Facebook professional/personal crossover, FB Fan pages, Visual CV as well as a blog are a win/win for the employer and the candidate. 1 – I think the system will change now to scan online sites. No big deal here!

2 – That’s a good reason to stand out for something or become a linchpin. You don’t need to keep full resume online, why? to have a reason an employer call you for details or interview.
