Thank you Heather, I’m learning from you each day and with each tweet
Hey Mohammed! I think that brand is all about a unique promise of value, or as someone recently said to me: promises made and promises kept. As well, I think that brand is anchored in community and driven by trust and leadership. You are certainly doing much to build community, generate trust, and provide thought leadership. Oh, and one more thing: engagement! You’re clearly on top of that!

Your Personal brand is the get feeling that people have about you. This is not “brand” until their is a common gut feeling amongst a critical mass of people. Once this is achieved you can be said to have “personal brand”. Until then you only have individual impressions.

Excellent! a lot of people have unique values but they never express+exude it so their personal brand are hidden until there is a common gut feeling amongst a critical mass of people (as you said).

The Unique Selling Proposition is only part of the Personal Brand in my mind Mohammed. Your values, priorities, strengths, gifts and your passions are who you are. The sum value of those make you unique, but how you apply them makes you stand out. You entire personal brand is your USP + actions you take to communicate it and make it known + how you live in to it in all parts of your life.
Your personal brand is a clear, crisp and compelling message about the value you deliver – and it’s crafted in simple and easy terms that your audience receives, retains and repeats because you relentlessly promote it.
